Jacquelene Vermeulen is a qualified and registered Homeopathic Doctor with the South African Allied Health Professions Council. She qualified in 2001 with a Masters Degree (M.Tech. Hom) through the University of Johannesburg. Dr Vermeulen has also completed the compounding and dispensing courses required by the South African Government. Jacquelene has had years of work experience in the Health Pharmacy sector such as Weleda pharmacy and practiced with Dr Peter Essex-Clark for 11 years in Bryanston before starting her own practice in 2011.

My passion drives me to find the cause of the disease, by getting to the crux of the condition, be it a physical organism causing disease, hormone imbalance, adrenal burn-out or organ dysfunction, inability of the immune system to function effectively or an emotional imbalance driving the disease, by treating the cause, the body can start the healing process. Having two grown children of her own, Dr Vermeulen understands the pressure of raising children in today’s age also making her empathetic to how disease of one family member impacts on all the family members and society in general. Dr Vermeulen understands that each individual are unique beings where mind, body and soul are of equal importance.
